About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder who will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms. Must be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.

Requirements

Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding.
Familiarity with welding tools and procedures.
Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Completion of a 2-year Welding program or 4 years of welding experience.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience with welding various steels.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude.
Job offers are contingent upon passing a drug screen.

Responsibilities

Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
Ability to weld on all types of steel including Stainless Steel.
Read and interpret blueprints to weld per print and meet product specifications.
Calculate material measurements to verify specifications.
Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance.
Perform MIG or other types of weld-based project needs.
De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture.
Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure high-quality work.
Compliance with all safety rules and guidelines.
Consistently adhere to assigned work schedule, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
