This role is essential to ensuring our equipment meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
The Role: Welding and Fabrication for Custom Equipment
As a Welder, you will be responsible for completing fit-up, welding, and finishing stages of equipment builds using MIG and TIG welding processes. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company-defined quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sheet metal or similar manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and technical drawings
• Proficiency in basic math and measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure, protractor)
• Effective communication and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Performing MIG/TIG welding and completing fabrication stages as required
• Setting up and operating welding equipment independently
• Completing quality documentation and routing drawings to the next department
• Using barcode scanners to apply labor to job orders
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety standards and wearing required protective equipment
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure on-time delivery and product quality
