About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Welder to perform structural welding using Stick
Welding (SMAW) with 6010 and 7018 rods. This role requires precision, physical
ability, and strict adherence to safety standards in marine environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SMAW welding (6010 and 7018 rods required).
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Nice To Haves

• Certification(s) in welding preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding using SMAW with 6010 and 7018 rods.
• Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Read and interpret plans and drawings; visualize objects in three dimensions.
• Make decisions based on measurable criteria and inspection standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.
