About The Position

Our team is looking for a Welder experienced with MIG welding and responsible for fabricating steel structures for the manufacturing and shipment of pools.
This position will be based out of our Marion, South Carolina Manufacturing Facility.

As a Welder with Explore Industries, we’ll provide you with the necessary tools to be successful… PPE, tools, equipment and supplies! The Welder’s key responsibilities will include cutting, welding and fabricating metal structures. They will also inspect the welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, all while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Additionally, there are other qualifications for an experienced Welder role which include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

• Proven experience as a MIG welder, preferable in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools related to welding and fabrication.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
