About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in the Owensboro, KY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30/hour based on experience plus $100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Mix of handrail, grating, and platform repairs
Pipe welding new barge mooring dolphins
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• AWS D1.1 Certification
• Basic hand tools
• All PPE, and hood

Nice To Haves

• SMAW or GMAW Metal fabrication or Shipyard experience is a plus
• OSHA 10: TI can provide training for qualified candidates
