What You’ll Do Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications Set up welding equipment using job requirements and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) Cut, fit, clamp, tack, weld, grind, and finish components to meet quality standards Weld in multiple positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead Inspect finished work using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality Troubleshoot issues, correct weld defects when permitted, and communicate concerns to the foreman Work closely with engineering, production, and other shop team members to meet project timelines and budgets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and ISO 9001 quality standards What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of welding/fabrication experience Strong experience with MIG and TIG welding (preferred) Hands-on experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Willingness to learn new equipment and expand skills Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship High School Diploma or equivalent Trade school or welding certification is a plus Benefits & Perks Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Overtime opportunities when available Stable, year-round work Training and skill development opportunities Clean, organized, and safety-focused shop Supportive team environment that values quality and communication Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, reach, and work with your hands throughout the day Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull materials weighing 50 lbs or more

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience with MIG and TIG welding (preferred)
  • Trade school or welding certification is a plus
