Schedule : 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM, $2.00 Shift Premium Key Responsibilities: Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Inspect and assess completed welds for quality and compliance with industry standards. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing minor repairs as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in the training of junior welders and apprentices as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding apprenticeship preferred. Proven experience as a welder, with a strong portfolio of work. Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is a plus. Familiarity with welding machinery and tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.
