About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Pipe Welders for projects located in and around Ripon, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Perform precise welds in multiple positions according to job specifications
Conduct post-weld inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards
Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
Troubleshoot and adjust welding parameters for optimal performance
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints
• MIG weld stainless pipe
• Read blue prints
• Use precision measurement tools
