Requirements
- Welding school graduates are welcome. Must have an understanding of shop math, reading and understanding a tape measure to 1/16", blue print reading, welding symbols, general welding knowledge and general shop practice.
- Experience working with Mig and Flux core.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Consistent and punctual attendance is required.
- Steel toe boots required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience GMAW (metal-core), crane operation preferred
- Understanding AWS D1.1 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Continuously weld to insure project deadlines are met.
- Accurately understand quality assurance requirements and the impact on welding processes and parts being processed.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe and professional manner.
- Ensure all welds are 100% visually inspected prior to leaving the factory.
- Following of all safety procedures is required.
