Requirements

• Previous welding experience (MIG required; stainless steel preferred)
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure)
• Basic math skills and hand tool experience
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Ability to work scheduled 8-hour shifts

Nice To Haves

• Fabrication experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable with excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Weld light-gauge carbon steel and stainless steel components
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Lay out, position, align, and fit components (often using fixtures)
• Inspect welds and finished parts for quality
• Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
