About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Manual Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding techniques, be detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work. This is a full-time, on-site position with consistent weekday hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a manual welder.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick as required).
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Inspect and test completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards.
