Requirements
- Welding and fabrication experience is required
- Previous experience as a welder and fabricator is required
- Aluminum Welding experience is required
- Welding certification, or being a graduate of a welding/machine school is required
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license
- Must pass driver eligibility requirements
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and harassment and discrimination free work environment by following and enforcing all safety rules and procedures, all company policies, applicable laws, and Precision Values
- Provide cultural stewardship
- Weld and repair vehicle structures
- Welding and fabrication of crash gates
- Build flatbeds
- Various vehicle modifications
- Building modifications for heavy equipment repair of plow blades, scoops, etc.
- Complete all other duties as required for safe, efficient, effective, and compliant operations as assigned by manager
