About The Position
StandardAero has an opportunity for a Welder with experience in metal fabrication equipment such as gas tungsten arc (GTAW), gas metal arc (GMAW), flux-cored arc (FAW), plasma arc (PAW), shielded metal arc (SMAW), and resistance welding. As a Welder you will produce a variety of parts from shop drawings to conform to specifications, read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications, operate brazing and soldering equipment, and operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines. You will also participate in continuous improvement of processes, cross train in other complementary skills to support production requirements, and observe all applicable safety requirements.
