We are seeking welders that can perform production style MIG & TIG welding. Candidate MUST be able to weld ALUMINUM & STAINLESS.  Qualified Candidates will be required to PASS a WELDING TEST before an offer of employment will be made. Finally, the candidate will be required to support our Robotic Weld area when needed (training will be provided for this). This is PRODUCTION welding where you will be welding large numbers of the same parts at times.

Requirements

  • High school level education or equivalent specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job.
  • Must have knowledge of MIG and TIG welding, as well as welding aluminum & stainless steel.
  • Must pass an on-site welding test.

Nice To Haves

  • Robotic weld knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Performs simple to moderate welding projects.
  • Uses Arc welder and electrode rods to perform track and bead welds.
  • Uses oxygen/acetylene torch or cutting metals.
  • Uses hand and power tools to grind, bevel, fit metals together and remove slag.
  • Select proper electrodes and holders, regulates current and time.
  • Welds and cuts may require vertical or horizontal positions.
  • May also perform robotic welding when required.
  • Welds parts in a production setting where small to large quantities of repetitive welding are required.
