About The Position

Macawber Engineering Inc. is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to join their team in building custom-designed pneumatic conveying systems and other industrial equipment. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication, particularly in pipe fitting.
• Proficiency in FCAW, MIG, and preferably GTAW welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and AWS weld symbols.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SWAM welding processes.
• Knowledge of pneumatic conveying systems.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel and stainless-steel equipment using FCAW and MIG welding processes.
• Interpret and work from mechanical blueprints.
• Ensure quality and attention to detail in all fabrication tasks.
