About The Position

Welder Millwright We are seeking a skilled Welder / Millwright to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for welding, fabrication, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, welding expertise, and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes Install, align, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and structural components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical failures and make timely repairs to minimize downtime Use precision tools for alignment, measurement, and layout Operate hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment, and lifting devices safely Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects and maintenance tasks Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. Requirements
