About The Position

As a Welder Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by leading troubleshooting efforts, implementing modifications, determining root causes of equipment failures, supporting engineering and production, and creating solutions to increase equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Possess a two (2) year Technical Degree in a maintenance field (completed and verified prior to start) OR a minimum of two (2) years of maintenance work experience
• Possess a current and valid Driver's License
• Ability to work overtime and ability to work rotating shifts (First and Second)

Nice To Haves

• Possess a two (2) year technical degree and five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment completed and verified prior to start
• Welding certificate from an accredited institution
• Related experience in a heavy industrial environment
• Ability to work independently or with teams
• Strong written and oral communication skills
