Requirements

• Grade 12
• Minimum of 5 years of proven relevant experience (TIG, MIG, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong English communication skills - verbal, written, comprehension
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Hand/eye coordination
• Team player and able to work independently
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• High regard for safety

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/drawings and review job package
• TIG and Micro tube welding
• Brazing
• Oxy-fuel welding
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Alert management to issues with product quality
• Complete QC checklists to verify product quality
• Continuously improve work processes and methods
