About The Position

For more than 70 years, Senior Metal Bellows has been pushing the limits of innovation—designing and building custom-engineered metal bellows for industries that demand the best: aerospace, defense, energy, and beyond. What You’ll Do (We’ll Train You) Learn to work from drawings and written work instructions, with step-by-step guidance and support from experienced teammates. Assist with machine set-ups and operating conditions, learning how equipment works and when to ask for help—we encourage questions. Help maintain quality and productivity standards, making simple adjustments as you build confidence and skills. Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (such as micrometers and verniers) and visual checks—training is provided. Perform visual inspections to check part and weld quality, and learn when additional inspection is needed. Learn how we use quality tools and data (including SPC) to prevent issues and continuously improve our processes. Use basic computer systems to record work and labor time, with hands-on training provided.

Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
  • You want steady, hands-on work and are eager to learn
  • You have a mechanical mindset and enjoy working with your hands
  • You have a knack for paying attention to details
  • Access to our facility (and, therefore, employment) is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) an-/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents of the United States and properly-licensed foreign persons.
  • Applicants receiving a conditional offer of employment will be required to provide information to determine whether they are subject to these regulations and, if so, to assess their country of chargeability for export control purposes.
  • potential employee names will be screened against the Consolidated Screening List (maintained by the United States government) to determine eligibility to receive controlled technical data.
