Assist with machine set-ups and operating conditions, learning how equipment works and when to ask for help—we encourage questions. Help maintain quality and productivity standards, making simple adjustments as you build confidence and skills. Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (such as micrometers and verniers) and visual checks—training is provided. Perform visual inspections to check part and weld quality, and learn when additional inspection is needed. Learn how we use quality tools and data (including SPC) to prevent issues and continuously improve our processes. Use basic computer systems to record work and labor time, with hands-on training provided.
