Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of the GMAW 1 welding course through Central Community College
Forklift, if applicable
Aluminum
Steel
Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
Must successfully complete a welding demonstration
Internal bidders must complete the GMAW 1 welding course through CCC before being considered for the position, unless they currently possess the necessary welding certifications for the position.
External hires must initiate the Thermo King Certification process within the first 30 days of hire.
Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)
