As a Welder Helper, your key responsibilities will be to assist welders with preparing materials, maintaining safe and organized work areas, and supporting fabrication and repair tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Requirements

  • 0-2years of construction, welding support, or related field experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and materials preferred
  • OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, grinders, torches, and measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel
