The successful applicant should have 1-3 years of on the job experience as a welder/fabricator. MIG, TIG, FLUXCORE. Must supply your own tools, have intermediate skills in blueprint reading, experience in a large machine/auto environment, and use grinders and cutting torches. Job Essential Include: Use of hand welding equipment to MIG or TIG weld components Fabricate and fit components Assemble components to build lift truck chassis Develop fixtures using bluco tables and tool packages to hold and align parts Clean finished chassis edges and spatter with portable grinder, hand file or scraper Meet or exceed production and quality goals Work Independently Utilize plasma gas and Oxy/propane torches and carbon air arc equipment Operate manual welding equipment in vertical, overhead, and horizontal positions Ability to use shear and straightening press EEO/M/F/Vet/Disability

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and fit components
