About The Position
Lincoln Contracting is seeking skilled welders/fabricators with experience in construction-based and custom fabrication projects. This role involves reading blueprints, cutting and fitting materials, and performing high-quality welds to build and repair structural components and custom metal pieces.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials to precise dimensions.
- Fabricate custom parts and structures based on project needs.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
