Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility. Addictive Desert Designs is a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry and is currently seeking a Welder/Fabricator. This position is eligible for our Team Driven Bonus Program. Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for fabricating laser cut automated parts into welded assemblies, daily production tracking for build counts and flow, building complete assemblies from start to finish including grinding and finishing, MIG welding in quantity and may require minimal TIG welding (we offer TIG training).

Requirements

High school Diploma or GED.
Must be 18 or over
Minimum 1 year experience in Welding/Fabrication.
Minimum 1 year experience working in a production environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Knowledge of production welding and assembly workflows.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, bending, cut off saws, and grinders.
Knowledge of welding and final assembly of complex sheet metal assemblies.
Self-motivated and respond timely to production metrics.
Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.
