About The Position

Requirements

• Welding Certificate or equivalent work experience (1-3 years of welding/fabrication experience).
• Ability to clearly communicate in English verbally, over the phone, and through email.
• Broad understanding of fabrication procedures and painting/finishing.
• Specific understanding of a broad range of fabrication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic shop math skills (decimals, fractions, equations).
• Experience working from shop drawings and verbal instruction.

Responsibilities

• Engage in manufacturing activities including interpreting plans, cutting, assembling, and modifying parts.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment.
• Maintain knowledge and skills in all areas of fabrication.
• Support the pack-out and ensure the road box is stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
