About The Position

Well Bilt Industries USA, LLC is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator/Ironworker with at least 2 years of experience in TIG, MIG, and stick welding. The role involves working independently and collaboratively in a busy shop environment, managing and completing jobs with critical deadlines. Candidates must be organized and neat, with a willingness to travel for work across various states including CO, TX, VA, AZ, and FL.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in welding, fabricating, and cutting of steel.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug testing.
• Experience in welding plate and structural steel in accordance with AWS D1.1 codes and standards.
• Familiarity with hydraulic cylinders is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanic skills and familiarity with hydraulic systems.
• Experience welding mild steel pipe in accordance with ASME Section IX.
• Ability to perform butt, fillet, socket, and groove welds in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG, MIG, and stick welding on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Interpret blueprints and welding diagrams to execute projects accurately.
• Manage and complete welding jobs within critical deadlines in a busy shop environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate hand torches, plasma arc, air carbon arc gouging, and grinders as needed.
