We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator II to join our Doors Department at our Arlington, WA facility. The Welder/Fabricator II is responsible for production welding and fabrication of both standard and custom marine products. This role requires the ability to interpret engineered drawings, fabricate components and fixtures, and produce high-quality weldments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of TIG welding experience (aluminum preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy production environment
  • Mechanical aptitude with solid math skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization
  • Successful completion of a pre-hire drug test
  • Proof of U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel
  • Cut, prepare, and fit materials for welding
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
  • Fabricate custom components, jigs, and fixtures to meet customer requirements
  • Operate hand tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards and SOPs
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and follow reporting procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Monitor material usage and report any issues or shortages
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Maintain detailed documentation in alignment with the Quality Management System
  • Stay current with evolving technologies, compliance standards, and fabrication techniques
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
