About The Position

As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. You will balance hands-on work with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and employee development. Key Responsibilities: Hands-On Work: · Actively participate in production tasks alongside team members, demonstrating skills and knowledge. · Identify opportunities for process improvement and coach team members to implement changes. · Ensure finished products meet quality standards through hands-on inspection and verification. Supervisory Responsibilities: · Train new team members on safety procedures, job duties, and quality standards. · Ensure team members have the necessary materials and resources to complete tasks efficiently. · Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality. · Collaborate with department leaders to optimize operations and achieve production goals. · Identify and address issues related to efficiency and quality. · Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and advance their careers. · Partner with department leaders to build a strong and capable team.
