About The Position

Placement of parts on weld fixtures for machine to weld. Remove parts and place in finished goods container. Make QC checks as documented by quality.

Requirements

• Complete orientation instructions
• On the job training per for assigned assets
• Knit gloves, protective sleeves, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• On the job
• Any specific training identified by management
• Specific to assigned weld asset

Responsibilities

• Must be hand/eye coordinated
• Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions
• Must be able to load and unload weld fixture
• Must be able or take appropriate training to check parts on gage fixturing according to Quality Inspection Reports
• Must be able to do visual inspections of parts as they come off the weld machine and pack into finish goods container
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must be able to sit, reach above shoulders, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, 10 hour or 12 hour shifts
• Must be able to stand 10-12 hours daily.
• Must have physical dexterity
