Job Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: To provide assistance to the Quality Department Leader in a way that supports the Magna Charter, Corporate Constitution, and Customers, Investors, and Employees. He/she will guide Weld Engineer/Quality Engineers in implementing and meeting or exceeding customer standards and provide the Weld Destruct Team guidance and tools they need in order to be safe and productive.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience
• Ability to work in a confidential and professional manner
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills
• Experience in setting and maintaining documentation control system
• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Paxit
• Operate standard office equipment

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership position
• Minimum 3 years in a weld destruct/lab position

Responsibilities
