As a Weld Coordinator, you will perform a variety of job responsibilities, participating in exciting projects at the forefront of cryogenic innovation! The Weld Coordinator facilitates all production in the cell, staging raw materials and parts for two to four welders to maximize weld time and ensure smooth workflow in accordance with the production schedule. The Welding Coordinator also inspects products during and after the production process to ensure they comply with the provided drawings and meet quality standards. To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Excellent attendance habits and the desire to work as a team are a must.
