About The Position

The Welcome Desk Supervisor Enthusiast is an entry-level leadership role that supports daily front desk operations, leads assigned shifts, and helps guide and develop fellow team members while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Canopy’s “Positively Yours” philosophy.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, personalized service and act as a point of contact for guest needs, concerns, and special requests
  • Lead shifts by ensuring smooth operations, strong team performance, and excellent service delivery
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate key updates and priorities
  • Support front desk operations including check-in/check-out, billing, and reservations
  • Ensure accuracy in charges, payments, and guest accounts
  • Review arrivals, departures, and VIPs to anticipate guest needs
  • Maintain lobby presentation and monitor guest flow throughout shifts
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching team members
  • Support inventory, supplies, and implementation of new procedures or initiatives
  • Participate in meetings and assist leadership with projects as needed
