The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated individual to provide world-class customer service to the community. This role involves ensuring that all customers, clients, and members receive prompt and courteous service, embodying an attitude of Christian hospitality. The position includes performing point of sales (POS) transactions and CCMS functions at the Welcome Desk, as well as handling all Welcome Desk duties. Responsibilities also include serving customers, clients, and members, managing incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to emails in a friendly and business-like manner. Additionally, the individual will direct calls to the appropriate program or staff in a timely manner.
