The Welcome Center Specialist II at Anywhere Real Estate plays a crucial role in introducing customers to Cartus and facilitating their relocation process. This position is primarily focused on delivering high-quality customer service while promoting and selling Cartus's revenue-generating products. The Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for customers, verifying their personal information and providing them with essential documentation to initiate their relocation journey. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. In addition to welcoming customers, the Specialist conducts preliminary assessments of their real estate needs, which allows for tailored recommendations of Cartus's services. This includes selling various products such as departure and destination broker referrals, mortgage, title, and insurance services, as well as CartusConnect. The Specialist is responsible for obtaining consent to refer customers to Anywhere Real Estate's affiliated companies and ensuring that all product referrals comply with client policies. Negotiating referral fees for out-of-network broker registrations and managing the revenue due to Cartus from these referrals are also key responsibilities of this role. The Welcome Center Specialist II also acts as a Lump Sum Specialist, counseling customers on their Lump Sum benefits and managing the associated processes. Ensuring customer satisfaction with assigned real estate agents is paramount, and the Specialist serves as a resource for both the Cartus consultant and the customer regarding any agent or brokerage issues that may arise. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently, all while maintaining a focus on the customer's needs and satisfaction.
