The Welcome Center Specialist II at Anywhere Real Estate plays a crucial role in introducing customers to Cartus and facilitating their relocation process. This position is primarily focused on delivering high-quality customer service while promoting and selling Cartus's revenue-generating products. The Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for customers, verifying their personal information and providing them with the necessary documentation to initiate their relocation journey. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. In addition to welcoming customers, the Specialist conducts preliminary real estate needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of each client. They are responsible for selling various Cartus products and services, including broker referrals, mortgage, title, and insurance services, as well as CartusConnect. The Specialist must obtain consent to refer customers to Anywhere Real Estate affiliated companies and ensure that all product referrals comply with client policies. Negotiating referral fees for out-of-network broker registrations and managing the revenue due to Cartus from these referrals are also key responsibilities. The role includes counseling customers on Lump Sum benefits and managing the associated processes. The Specialist must ensure customer satisfaction with the assigned real estate agents and serve as a resource for both the Cartus consultant and the customer regarding any agent or brokerage issues. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. The Specialist must be capable of building instant rapport with customers, overcoming objections, and prioritizing their workload effectively while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity.
