About The Position

Smoky Mountain Distributors is seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy Welcome Center Agent to join our team in Sevierville, TN. Our Welcome Center Agents serves as the point of contact for members and prospective guests, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The role combines the art of hospitality, local expertise, and exceptional customer service to ensure every visitor feels valued, informed, and inspired to embark on their next adventure.

Requirements

Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and tourist hot spots
Strong sales and customer service skills
Attention to detail while multi-tasking
High School diploma or GED preferred
Two years of customer service preferred
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team
Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable demeanor with a gift for making people feel at home.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Team player with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn
Proficiency with computers and demonstrate fundamental computer skills
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team
