Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel guests to enhance service experience by activating services in the lobby area.
• Respond to guest requests for special services or arrangements, such as transportation and reservations.
• Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Gather and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about property amenities and local activities.
• Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues or requests.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager.
• Complete safety training and certifications as required.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Welcome and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipating their service needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with others, preparing and reviewing documents accurately and promptly.
• Cultivate positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Meet quality control expectations and standards.
• Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during the work shift.
• Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds (4.5 kg) or less without assistance.
