Requirements

High school diploma; up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in manufacturing environment or related field and experience of operating industry forklift is required.
Flexibility in working in shifts or overtime is a must.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Weigh up the ingredient according to the pick list.
Record the batch/lot number of each ingredient on the pick list.
Follow the company safety policy, GMP and procedure to operate the forklift and handle daily job.
Follow the instruction and the procedure to control inventory and cycle count.
According the instruction of the supervisor to do the stock movement to production.
Inspect and monitor the forklift performance to make sure it is in good working condition.
Do housekeeping for the weigh up area and cleaning of the forklift.
Other projects or assignment from the warehouse supervisor or head of warehouse.
