About The Position

The Weight Loss Coach/Sales Consultant at Awaken180° Weightloss plays a crucial role in helping clients improve their health and well-being through personalized nutrition coaching and support. This position involves working closely with clients to guide them through their weight loss journey, providing education on healthy lifestyle choices, and fostering a supportive environment. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Personable and attentive with a strong customer orientation.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt and respond to different types of clients.
• Computer knowledge and comfort with navigating new platforms.
• Ability to meet or exceed personal sales goals.
• Experience in selling $1,000+ packages and/or programs is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales, counseling, nutrition, or wellness fields.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients to achieve their full 180° transformation.
• Educate clients on how to face challenges of weight loss and counsel towards behavioral changes.
• Monitor patient weight loss progress, suggest changes, and provide support for increased success.
• Create meal plans for clients starting their Awaken180° journey and provide necessary documentation.
• Develop maintenance meal plans for clients who are struggling to reinforce Awaken180° ranges.
• Effectively explain the science behind the program and communicate its philosophy and objectives to clients.
• Perform client consultations, providing education and information on the programs offered.
