Responsibilities
- Assist patients with weight loss consultations and program enrollment.
- Conduct health assessments and track patient progress.
- Provide education on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
- Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to deliver tailored care plans.
- Support patients in setting and achieving their weight loss goals.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits to maintain patient engagement.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
