- Moderate computer skills and experience.
- Ability to receive, communicate and organize information quickly and effectively pass information to appropriate outlets.
- Ability to work with a wide range of persons and communication levels.

- Previous scale house experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately coordinate commercial, scrap and commodity traffic through the inbound/outbound truck scales.
- Communicate clear directions/safety expectations to all carriers entering the facility.
- Understand and operate the scales, radiation detectors and associated computer systems.
- Understand and operate multiple transportation computer applications.
