About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This position offers full-time, year-round work with a pay range of $100k - $200k+ annually based on performance, specifically the average compensation range of top performers. You will have the opportunity to work with warm leads, as there is no cold-calling or canvassing involved. The role includes an uncapped commission structure and weekly settlements (draw or commission after training). Additionally, you will be provided with a take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop after training. Insurance is available after 31 days, with low-cost medical options (as low as $5/week), dental, vision, HSA/FSA, and a 401(k) with company match. You will also receive 13 days of PTO plus 8 paid holidays and company-paid life insurance, along with ongoing training and leadership development.

Requirements

• Prior residential in-home sales experience
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred
• HVAC knowledge preferred (required in some locations)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions.
• Represent ARS in a consultative sales role with strong install support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties.
• Work with company-generated and pre-set leads.
