The Youth Sports Coach/Instructor is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children following B.E.S.T. provided curriculum guidelines. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an excellent experience for participants and their families. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and engage young children in a group setting. Dependability and punctuality. Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to adapt as needed. Commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for participants. Work Environment: Classes may be held indoors or outdoors based on location and season. Physical activity required, including standing, running, and participating in sports drills. Travel between multiple class locations may be required based on scheduling. Physical Requirements: Ability to physically participate in sports activities. Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 40 pounds). Ability to stand, move, and be physically active for extended periods.
