About The Position

The Weekend Warrior position at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is a full-time role for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Technicians. The primary focus is to provide exceptional care to patients struggling with mental health and substance use disorders during weekend shifts. Requirements

• Current RN License in Ohio or a compact state.
• CPR Certification and CPI Certification required.
• Minimum of three years of recent psychiatric nursing experience.
• Clinical and administrative experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in psychosocial rehabilitation settings.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support during weekend shifts from 7am-11:30pm or 3pm-7am.
• Collaborate with treatment professionals to ensure quality care for patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to patient care and data entry.
