Position: Weekend Warrior - CNA / Med Tech / Caregiver Eden Vista Madison is seeking dedicated CBRF-certified CNAs, Med Techs, or experienced Caregivers to join our team as Weekend Warriors! This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering excellent care and want to earn top-tier weekend wages while supporting our residents in a warm, supportive environment. Weekend Warriors are essential members of our team who provide continuity of care and compassionate service during high-need shifts.

Requirements

  • CBRF Certification (preferred)
  • CNA license, Med Tech certification, or prior caregiving experience
  • Weekend availability for every Saturday and Sunday PM shift
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Able to communicate clearly and respectfully in both verbal and written formats

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escorting as needed
  • Administer medications and assist with resident care following the care plans and supervisor guidance
  • Offer emotional and social support to residents, promoting dignity and independence
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care and promptly report any resident concerns or health changes to the supervisor
  • Participate in emergency preparedness, training, and required meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with residents, families, and staff
  • Promote a safe and clean working environment
  • Perform additional caregiving or resident assistant duties as needed
