About The Position

The Weekend Warrior position at Lutheran Living involves providing routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. Requirements

• CNA, CMA, LPN, or RN license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior care is required.
• Ability to commute to Muscatine, IA 52761 is required.
• Ability to relocate to Muscatine, IA 52761 before starting work is required.

• Flexibility in working various shifts including day, night, and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents according to established facility procedures.
• Report assistance provided and any changes in residents' physical, psychosocial, mental, or emotional conditions.
• Work a minimum of eight hours per weekend day and a maximum of 16 hours per weekend day.
• Participate in extra shifts during the week if eligible, adhering to the full weekend commitment.
• Maintain accountability for the commitments made to residents and the team.
