Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Weekend Support Lead At Robin Hill Farm, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are at the heart of what we do-delivering compassionate, individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We believe in hiring people who are not only responsible and dependable but who want to feel good about the work they do every day. Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a weekend support lead-someone who's organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others. In this key role, you will: Monitor and support program scheduling Ensure staff-to-resident ratios are met Maintain the continuum of care for residents from Friday to Sunday Serve as the first point of contact for staffing and program concerns Coordinate with management and administration as needed If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates well, and can manage both people and priorities, we want to hear from you! Schedule: Friday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
• Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard
• Noise may be moderate to loud
• Temperatures in home-like or office settings may vary
