About The Position

The weekend Supervisor will be scheduled for 12 hour shifts every weekend. Candidate must be over 21 yrs of age, have a PCA and/or CNA and have passed the Medication Aide for Adult Care Home class and test. Hours are 7a-7p or 7p-7a every weekend. The Weekend Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations at Trinity Elms Assisted Living during the weekends. This role ensures that residents receive high-quality care and that staff comply with established policies and procedures. Working closely with the Health Care Coordinator and Executive Director, the Weekend Supervisor maintains a safe and supportive environment for both residents and teammates.

Requirements

  • Must be over 21 yrs of age
  • PCA and/or CNA
  • Passed the Medication Aide for Adult Care Home class and test
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in assisted living or healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with adults in varying stages of aging or disability; attention to detail; strong time management skills.
  • CPR and first aid certification required; additional healthcare certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support weekend teammates, ensuring all assigned duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Safeguard residents’ rights and ensure they are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the Health Care Coordinator to implement care plans and promptly report any concerns regarding residents’ status.
  • Participate in staff training sessions, including CPR and first aid certification, as required.
  • Ensure that residents’ rooms and common areas are clean and safe, and report maintenance or safety issues as necessary.
  • Demonstrate LSCs’ mission, vision, values, and customer service standards in all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
