Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Lead and oversee clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident-centered care. Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, nursing, dietary) to support care planning and outcomes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory standards and prepare the unit for surveys. Coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharge planning for residents. Monitor resident condition, clinical documentation, and care outcomes for continuous quality improvement. Promote a positive, accountable culture focused on safety, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Experience working as an LPN or RN in a long-term care environment
  • Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
