About The Position
We are hiring a Registered Nurse to join our ICU Weekend Staffing Team at Cherokee Medical Center! This position is full-time nights, working 36 hours per week (2 shifts on the weekend and 1 shift during the week). The RN will make a base rate plus an additional $20/hour on weekend shifts, and will make the base rate for shifts during the week. Our Intensive Care Unit has 12 beds and a 2:1 nurse to patient ratio. We utilize the latest technology such as Omnicell, Epic, Alaris Pumps, Workstation on Wheels and Mindray (for vitals), allowing our team to provide the best care possible for our patients. This unit's case types include Sepsis, Pneumonia, Acute Respiratory Failure, DKA, COPD, Exacerbation, AFIB with RVR, Hypertensive Emergency, Post Surgical, etc.
